pppp9 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and pppp9. Access to and use of the pppp9 platform — including the website at pppp9.pro, the mobile application, and all associated services — is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any game or service on the pppp9 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are accessing the platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes, and that you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out here.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

02 Account Registration

To use pppp9's services, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact details, and payment account information. Providing false information at registration is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Each individual may register and operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Any player found to be operating multiple accounts will have all associated accounts suspended, and all balances — including real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pppp9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or inadequately protected your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately through your account dashboard.

Account registration is free. pppp9 does not charge any fee for creating an account.

03 Eligibility

You are only eligible to register and use pppp9 if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. No exceptions are made to this requirement under any circumstances.
• You are accessing and using the platform entirely of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of pppp9, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not using the platform on behalf of another individual or entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the pppp9 platform or had a pppp9 account closed for violations of these Terms.

04 Deposits

All deposits on pppp9 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and other methods displayed at the time of deposit. pppp9 does not apply a fee on deposits on its side, though your payment provider may have their own fee schedule.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and will be reversed where identified.

Deposits that are linked to a bonus offer are subject to the wagering requirements of that promotion. Standard deposits not linked to any active promotion carry no wagering requirement and are available for withdrawal at any time subject to applicable verification.

pppp9 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reverse a deposit where it identifies irregular or potentially fraudulent activity associated with the payment method or account.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from pppp9 are paid in PKR to the payment account registered on your pppp9 account. Supported withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and direct bank transfer to Pakistani bank accounts. The name on your pppp9 account must match the name on the payment account to which you are requesting a withdrawal. pppp9 will not process withdrawals to accounts held in a different name.

The first withdrawal from any account may require identity verification. This is a one-time process and is required to confirm the account holder's identity and protect against fraud. pppp9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point for security purposes.

• Withdrawals of real PKR balance (funds not subject to wagering requirements) may be requested at any time.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier. VIP members have higher daily limits.
• pppp9 does not apply a fee on withdrawals. Third-party network fees from your bank or wallet provider are outside pppp9's control.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

pppp9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP-exclusive packs. All promotions are subject to individual terms that are displayed before claiming.

General bonus rules that apply to all pppp9 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount of play required before bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements are shown on each promotion's terms page before claiming.
• Bonuses have a validity period. If wagering is not completed within the stated period, the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
• Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time per account, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• pppp9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit the bonus system — including coordinated wagering, arbitrage, or use of automated play — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.

The wagering requirement for a bonus indicates how many times the bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. Different game types contribute at different rates to wagering completion — these contribution rates are listed in each promotion's full terms.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the pppp9 platform — including live casino games, slot titles, and sports betting — operate according to their own individual game rules. These rules are accessible within each game. By playing any game, you agree to its rules.

pppp9 uses certified game content from established software providers. Games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable. Live casino games are hosted by professional studios with live dealers and streamed in real time.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game, pppp9 will seek to resolve the situation in a fair manner based on the game state at the time of the interruption. pppp9's decision in such cases is final. The platform is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions outside of its control.

Sports betting results are determined by official event outcomes from recognised sources. In the event of a result being voided or an event cancelled, stakes will be handled according to the applicable sporting event rules.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pppp9 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and possible further action:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings gained through such exploitation must be returned.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using payment accounts that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated play, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to extract value without genuine play intent.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing platform staff or other players.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

pppp9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, identity verification failure, or inactive account status.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting pppp9 support through your account dashboard. If you close your account voluntarily while holding a real PKR balance, pppp9 will process a withdrawal of the eligible balance to your registered payment account subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more with a zero balance may be archived. If a dormant account holds a real PKR balance, pppp9 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before taking any action on that balance.

10 Responsible Gaming

pppp9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is designed for entertainment and is not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. We encourage all players to approach gaming with clear personal limits on time and money.

pppp9 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a set period.

All content on the pppp9 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text content, and software — is the property of pppp9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any pppp9 content for commercial purposes without express written permission from pppp9. Unauthorised use of pppp9 trademarks, branding, or platform content is prohibited.

Game content available on the platform is licensed from third-party providers. All rights to individual game titles, mechanics, and associated materials remain with the respective game studios and are governed by their own licensing agreements.

12 Limitation of Liability

pppp9 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for any particular purpose. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside pppp9's control.

To the maximum extent permitted, pppp9 will not be liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or delays in processing.

Personal data collected during registration and verification is used to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable platform security standards. pppp9 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14 Changes to These Terms

pppp9 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the pppp9 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an update, you should stop using the platform and, if you wish, close your account.
